Seven mindsets ritual
Advanced level (3 breaths/min)

Seven mindsets ritual includes 10 movements combined into a seamless and flowing sequence based on breathwork, flow mindsets and intentions.

You can chose between different difficulty levels, progressing from 5 to only 2 breaths/min, further slowing down your breathing and engaging the parasympathetic response.

Start with the level you feel comfortable with.

Also you are able to enjoy different soundscape backgrounds you can pick from.

MOVEMENT 1: FLOW RECALL TRIGGER

Body movement guide
Stand with feet hip width apart and cross hands over the chest. Knees are slightly bent with coremuscles activated. Breathing is slow & relaxed like an ocean wave.

Mind visualization guide
Feel the warm trusting light within your chest expanding outward. Smile on the inside, like everything is going your way & everything is perfect the way it is.


MOVEMENT 2: INTENTION TO THE FLOW

Body movement guide
Move your arms from the center and extend them to the front. Keep extending arms continuously without stopping. Inhale deeply & hold your breath.

Mind visualization guide
While moving hands in slow & mindful fashion, visualize yourself aligning with the flow of reality.


MOVEMENT 3: OBSERVER MINDSET

Body movement guide
Move hands toward and to the sides of your head. Spread your palms, elbows are moving as far back as possible. Slightly bend knees. Exhale slowly & empty your lungs.

Mind visualization guide
Identify yourself as a fluid & unattached observer seeing yourself from the inside out. Observe thoughts come & go, realizing you are not your thoughts, but just the observer being aware.
 

MOVEMENT 4: TRANSPERSONAL MINDSET

Body movement guide
Move your arms diagonally up and stretching continuously outward. Open your chest, activate core muscles and extend knees. Inhale deeply & hold your breath.

Mind visualization guide
Feel extending beyond the boundaries of the body, dissolute into unity with everything.


MOVEMENT 5: GRATITUDE MINDSET

Body movement guide
Move your hands back to the chest, one palm over the other. Slightly bend knees. Exhale slowly & empty your lungs.

Mind visualization guide
Feel gratitude that you are alive, that you are able to breathe. Being grateful for everything and for everyone.


MOVEMENT 6: GROWTH MINDSET

Body movement guide
Move hands in a circular fashion up and away from the body, palms facing outward throughout the movement. Activate core muscles and extend knees. Inhale deeply & hold your breath.

Mind visualization guide
Feel the growth of your body and every aspect of yourself. Feel that every day in every way, you improve more and more.


MOVEMENT 7: AWE MINDSET

Body movement guide
Move your hands in an arc from the top to the sides and to the front in circular motion until elbows meet. Palms are facing inward. Slightly bend knees. Exhale slowly & empty your lungs.

Mind visualization guide
As you move hands in flowing fashion, get fascinated by the fact that you exist. See hands in front of you as you would see them for the first time.


MOVEMENT 8: CREATOR MINDSET

Body movement guide
When elbows meet, join palms and move your arms up and above the head in a straight line. Stretch further up continuously. Activate core muscles and extend knees. Inhale deeply & hold your breath.

Imagine yourself being the creator of your own experience and having the power to experience reality exactly the way you want.


MOVEMENT 9: PLAYFUL MINDSET

Body movement guide
Move your arms down and to the sides of the body in a circular fashion. Palms are facing forward. Slightly bend knees as you lower down. Exhale slowly & empty your lungs.

Mind visualization guide
Realize life is a game. Feel you can approach everything in a playful mode.


MOVEMENT 10: INTENTION TO UNITY

Body movement guide
Move hands together and join palms, keep elbows up and press against each other to createa feeling of a strong bond. Activate core muscles and extend knees. Inhale deeply & hold your breath.

Mind visualization guide
Imagine being in unity with yourself, everyone around you, and with everything there is. Your flow is aligned with the flow of unity.
