Sit, stand or lie down in a comfortable position ... play Dolphin breaths trigger (external speakers or headphones) and follow sound cues for inhalation and exhalation.

Focus on your breath and correct breathing technique for efficient optimization of your breathing pattern & creating conditions for entering the flow state.

Goal of the Dolphin breaths flow trigger is to temporary raise CO2 levels in your blood (calming effect) and help you achieve mental & physical relaxation, while delivering extra oxygenation to every cell of your body.

It consists of 3 breath holds, each one followed by a 30 sec pause (in this phase breathe slowly and in relaxed fashion in order to recover until the next breath hold.

Inhale slowly through nose and exhale slowly through pursed lips. Pursed lips breathing technique (PLB) allows you to effectively control the length of exhale.
